摘要
本文以健康家兔为实验对象,以针刺补法、肌肉注射DEX为施加因素,观察RBC钠泵活性的变化。结果显示:DEX组在RBC钠泵活性降低的同时,还出现气虚现象;而针刺组的RBC钠泵活性则和对照组保持一致没有降低,也没有出现气虚现象。说明针刺补法有对抗DEX、提高钠泵活性的作用。
The relation between the etythrocytes Na^+, K^+-AT- Pase activity of qi-deficiency and acupuncture reinfc rcement and its clinical significance were studied by the changes ofN^+, K^+-ATPase activity of qi-deficiency patient in this paper. The results indicated that the activity of Na^+ , K^+-ATPase of qi deficiency patient is lower and the acupuncture-reinforce- ment can activiate the NaK^+-ATPase.
