This paper introduced dspendence of the nature of conductive mediums. on the frequencies of electromagetic waves,and the Helmhotz propaga-tion equation of electromagnetic weves through conductors and the effect oftendence to surface. Moreover. the paper discussed the thickness of tendence tosurface in more detail.
