Put the Thought of Three Representations into Effect Strengthen the Construction of Socialist Culture with Chinese Characteristics

“代表中国先进文化的前进方向”是江泽民同志“三个代表”思想中的一个重要组成部分。本文从辩证唯物主义和历史唯物主义的基本观点出发 ,论述了先进文化的本质内涵和前进方向 ,指出 ,加强有中国特色社会主义文化建设 ,必须要做好四个方面的工作。

Representing the proceeding orientation of Chinese advanced culture' is a significant component part of the thought of Three Representations. Starting from the dialectical and historical materialist point of view, this paper expounds the fundamental connotation and the proceeding orientation of Chinese advanced culture. It is pointed out that four pieces of work must be done in order to strengthen the construction of socialist culture with Chinese characteristics to meet the demands of 'representing the proceeding orientation of Chinese advanced culture'.
