In colleges teachers not only need to teach scientific knowledge,but also need to help the students establish world outlook , views on life and values , therefore the teachers character charm is directly related to the quality of teaching of the 'two courses '.and the teacher should cultivate moral ,cultural and educational study to increase their character charm.
