Strengthening the students' qualities in teachers college is the basis of improving the overall qualities of the nation. Qualities is the combination of the qualities of psychology, science, culture, ideology and morality, which is formed from the people's inborn talents at first and later under the influence of the environment and education. This paper suggests that the qualities of students in teachers college is the fundamental policy to revive our nation with science and technology
