The Innovative Model of Enterprise Management Based on Projects Theory

通过对项目及项目管理概念的系统思考 ,指出企业与项目在理论层面上的一致性 ,提出项目化企业概念 ,并从技术更新、组织变革角度详细论述了企业创新的动机、方法、结果以及可能遇到的困难 ,最终推出一种企业管理创新的典型模式 。

Given that enterprises and projects share the common theory, the paper conceives the concept for project based enterprises after the systematic thinking of the concepts of the projects and project management. From the angle of updating technology and organization transformation, the motivation, methods, effect, difficulties to be met and other issues have been discussed in length in the paper, thus suggesting an innovative model of enterprise management. The model is of methodology for engineering enterprises to adapt to the market competition under WTO.
