体外药敏试验ATP-TCA在消化系恶性实体肿瘤化疗中的应用

Application of the ex vivo ATP tumor chemosensitivity assay (ATP-TCA) in the chemotherapy of digestive tract malignant solid tumor.

目的 探讨体外化疗药物敏感试验系统 (ATP -TCA系统 )在消化道恶性实体肿瘤的应用及体会。方法 取肝癌、胃癌、结肠癌、直肠癌共 42例的手术、活检和穿刺标本应用体外药敏试验ATP -TCA法。结果 ATP -TCA的可评估率为 88 10 % ;10种化疗药物的敏感率分别为 :氟脲嘧啶 11 11% ,顺铂 13 89% ,足叶乙甙19 44 % ,草酸铂 2 2 2 2 % ,诺消灵 2 5 0 0 % ,丝裂霉素 2 7 78% ,表阿霉素 3 8 89% ,开普拓 44 45 % ,健择 5 2 78% ,泰素 62 16%。结论 ATP

Objective To study the application of the ex vivo ATP tumor chemosensitivity assay (ATP-TCA) in the chemotherapeutic agents screening of digestive tract malignant solid tumor.Methods The surgical and needle specimens of 42 patients,including:primary liver cancer,gastric carcinoma,colic and rectal carcinoma,were tested by the ATP-TCA.Results Evaluable test results were achieved in 37 of 42 patients,the evaluability rate was 88.10%.The sensitive rates of 5-Fluoruracil (5-Fu), Cisplatin (CDDP), Etoposid (Vp-16), Oxaliplatin (OXA), Mitoxantron (MIT), Mitomycin C (MMC), Epirubicin (EPI), Irinotecan (CPT), Gemcitabine (GEM), Paclitaxl (TAX) was 11 11%, 13 89%, 19 94%, 22 22%, 25 00%, 27 78%, 38 89%, 44 45%, 52 78%, 62 16%,respectively.Conclusion ATP-TCA is a good option in the chemotherapeutic agents screening of digestive duct malignant solid tumor.
