外伤性白内障一期人工晶状体植入探讨

Primary operation of traumatic cataract extraction combined with intraocular lens implantation.

目的 探讨外伤性白内障的手术时机及其并发症。方法 外伤性白内障行白内障摘出联合一期人工晶状体植入术。结果 59例 (59眼 ) ,外伤性白内障术后无严重并发症出现。 67 8%出院时视力达 0 3以上。

Objective To study the optimal operation time, complications of traumatic cataract and how to reduce the complications.Methods Traumatic cataract was extracted combined with primary intraocular lens implantation.Results 59 cases of traumatic cataract were performed successfully, no serious complication, and the vision in 67.8% cases exceed 0.3 at discharge.Conclusion The traumatic cataract extraction combined with primary intraocular lens implantation is safe and effective.
