外伤性颈内动脉海绵窦瘘临床观察

Clinical observation of traumatic carotid cavernous fistula.

目的 分析 6例外伤性颈内动脉海绵窦瘘的临床特点、诊断、鉴别诊断和治疗。方法 回顾性地对外伤性颈内动脉海绵窦瘘的致伤原因、致伤物、就诊时间、临床特点、诊断、鉴别诊断及治疗效果进行讨论。结果 本文 2例行股动脉插管可脱球囊栓塞术后第二天杂音消失 ,眼球突出明显好转。结论 早期诊断 。

Objective Six cases of traumatic cavernous fistula were studied and its clinical characteristics,diagnosis,differential diagnosis and treatment were discussed.Methods Retrospective study was done in the traumatic carotid cavernous fistula in which included the causes, clinical characteristics,diagnosis,differential diagnosis and therapeutic results.Results Two cases were received trans femoral detachable balloons embolization and the orbital souffle disappeared at the second day after surgery and exophthalmos improved markedly.Conclusion Early diagnosis and in time treatment will get good results.
