白内障继发青光眼的晶状体超声乳化手术

Clinical analysis of phacoemulsification in patients with glaucoma secondary to cataract.

目的 评价白内障继发青光眼超声乳化吸出人工晶状体植入手术的疗效。方法 32例白内障继发青光眼行连续环形撕囊的超声乳化吸出联合人工晶状体植入术 ,观察术后并发症、眼压、前房角和视力的变化情况。结果 术中、术后均未出现严重并发症 ,术后 3月 ,视力明显改善 ,眼压 1 4 57～ 2 0 55mmHg明显低于术前 2 8 97～ 41 38mmHg(P <0 0 5) ,前房角较术前开放 ,但前房角粘连改变不明显。

Objective To evaluate the effect of phacoemulsification in the patients with glaucoma secondary to cataract.Methods Phacoemulsification and PC IOL implantation were performed on 32 patients(32 eyes) with glaucoma secondary to cataract.The postoperative complications,intraocular pressure,visual acuity and morphology of angle were observed.Results No severe complication was found in patients postoperatively or within the operation procedure.The Visual acuity were improved than preoperative.The intraocular pressure after 3 months of follow up were reduced time from preoperative 28 97～41 38 mmHg to postoperative 14 57～20 55 mmHg.Had closed anterior chamber angle were opened,but their adhesion between iris and trabecula had not obviously changes.Conclusion Phacoemulsification seems the best way to treat the patients with secondery glaucoma by cataract.
