摘要
目的 探讨硅油进入前房的原因及防治方法。方法 对不同情况硅油进入前房的病例加以分析并手术治疗。结果 全部病例并发症缓解 ,视网膜在位 ,随访 3～ 6月 ,硅油未再入前房。结论 前房内注入黏弹剂排出硅油的方法简便易行 ,手术损伤小 ,虹膜
Objective To analyse the reason and prophylaxis and treatment of silicone oil migration into anterior chamber. Methods An analysis of silicone oil migration into anterior chamber was carried out in different cases. And surgical treatment was performed. Results All complications were relieved, and the retinas remain attached. After 3～6 months follow up, there was no case of silicone oil migration into anterior chamber again. Conclusion Healon injection into anterior chamber remove silicone oil from it, this way is easy to do. The trauma of the operation is very little. Inferior peripheral iridectomy at 6 o'clock can prevent silicone oil migration into anterior chamber.
