共同性斜视手术后重建立体视觉的临床研究

A clinical study on re-establishing stereopsis vision after the operation of concomitant strabismus.

目的 探讨不同年龄组 ,不同性质斜视患者手术前后立体视觉关系。方法 对 1 50例共同性斜视患者应用同视机、随机点立体视觉检查图、三棱镜分别进行术前术后立体视觉阈值、斜视度检查、分析结果。结果 (1 )远近立体视觉手术前后比较差异均有显著性 (P值均 <0 0 5)。(2 )发病年龄 ≤7岁组与 >7岁组比较 ,手术年龄≤ 9岁组与 >9岁组比较 ,内斜视与外斜视比较、矫正眼位正视位组与矫正欠佳组术后远近立体视觉正常率差异均有显著性 (P <0 0 5)。结论 斜视严重影响立体视觉发育 ,发病年龄、手术年龄。

Objective The relation of the stereopsis vision was studied at the different age groups and different specialities of strabismus before and after the operation.Methods Threshold of stereopsis and the grade of the strabismus of the 150 cases with concomitant strabismus were separately analyzed before and after the operation.Results (1)Remarkable difference was shown in the far and near stereopsis vision before and after the operation( P <0 05).(2)The difference for the far and near stereopsis vision was also marked ( P <0 05) among ages ≤group 7 and > 7;ages ≤group 9 and> 9;esotropia and exotropia;the group of restored vision position and the unperfect group.Conclusion Strabismus seriously affect the growth of the stereopsis vision,ages with the disease,operation age and the operation effect would directly influence on the recovery of the functions of the stereopsis vision.
