摘要
采用附子强心胶囊 (药物组成 :炮附子 6g 牵牛子 6 g 蟾酥 5mg 水蛭 1g)治疗阳虚血瘀水泛型充血性心力衰竭30例 ,并与单用西药治疗的 30例进行对照 ,结果治疗组总有效率为 93.3%,对照组总有效率为 70 %,两组比较 ,差异有显著性 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,且两组治疗前后心功能和心纳素变化情况比较 ,差异有显著性 (P <0 .0 5 )。
Fuzi Qiangxin Capsules were used for treating 30 cases of congestive heart-failure with edma due to yang insufficiency and blood stasis as controled with 30 cases treated by chemical drugs simply.The results showed the total effective rate was 93.3% in the treatment group and 70% in the control group.There were significant differeces between two groups (P<0.05)?The changes of cardiac function and atrial natriuretic foctor were significant differences as compared before and after treatment(P<0.05).
