适原化滞愈疡汤治疗十二指肠溃疡40例疗效观察

Therapeutic effect of Shiyuanhuazhiyuyang decoction on 40 cases of duodenal ulcer

目的 观察适原化滞愈疡汤治疗十二指肠溃疡的临床疗效。方法 70例随机分为治疗组和对照组。治疗组 40例用自拟适原化滞愈疡汤 ,每日 1剂 ,水煎服。对照组 30例口服雷尼替丁 0 .3g ,睡前服 ;阿莫西林 0 .5g,每日 3次 ;甲硝唑 0 .2g ,每日 3次。 2组均 30日为 1个疗程。结果 治疗组治愈率为 75 .0 % ,对照组为 5 0 .0 % ,2组比较有显著性差异(P <0 .0 5 )。结论 适原化滞愈疡汤治疗十二指肠溃疡疗效确切。

Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of Shiyuanhuazhiyuyang decoction on 40 cases of duodenal ulcer.Methods 70 patients with duodenal ulcer were randomly divided into two groups.40 patients in treatment group were treated with Shiyuanhuazhiyuyang decoction,one dose daily,decocted in water for oral dose.30 patients in control group were given ranitidine 0.3g,taking before sleep;amoxycillin 0.5 g,three times a day;forminitrazole 0.2 g,three times a day,with a treatment course of 30 days for both groups.Results The cure rate was 75% in treatment group and 50.0% in control group,there was a significant difference between the two groups (P<0.05).Conclusion Shiyuanhuazhiyuyang decoction is effective in treating duodenal ulcer.
