中西医结合治疗高泌乳素血症性不孕38例临床观察

Therapeutic effect of 72 cases of hyperprolactinemia sterility by combined traditional Chinese and western medicine

目的 观察中西医结合治疗高泌乳素血症性不孕临床疗效。方法 72例高泌乳素血症性不孕患者随机分为 2组 ,对照组 34例运用中医辨证分型治疗 ,治疗组 38例在对照组治疗基础上加用西药溴隐亭治疗。 2组均 30日为 1个疗程 ,观察 3个疗程。结果 治疗组总有效率 89.5 % ,对照组 88.2 % ,2组比较无显著性差异 (P >0 .0 5 ) ;流产率治疗组为5 .4%、对照组 2 1 .6% ,2组比较有显著性差异 (P <0 .0 5 )。结论 中西医结合治疗高泌乳素血症性不孕疗效确切。

Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of combined traditional Chinese and western medicine on hyperprolactinemia sterility. Methods 72 patients with hyperprolactinemia sterility were randomly divided into two groups, 34 patients in treatment group were treated according to TCM differentiation of symptoms and signs ;38 patients in treatment group, based on the treatment in control group, were given oral bromocriptine, with a treatment course of 30 days for both groups. The therapeutic effects were observed for three treatment courses. Results The total effective rate was 89.5 % in treatment group and 88.2 % in control group, there was no significant difference between two groups (P>0.05);the abortion rate was 5.4 % in treatment group and 21.6 % in control group, there was a significant difference between two groups (<0.05). Conclusion Combined traditional Chinese and western medicine is effective in treating hyperprolactinemia sterility.
