摘要
本文提出一种切削过程传递函数辨识的新方法,即用输入脉冲响应位移使切削过程传递函数从切削系统中解耦来测量内调制动态切削力系数.讨论了提高测量信噪比的可行方法,用指数窗函数压缩切削力测量中的噪声,其带来的误差是可以忽略的.最后示出了不同切削参数下动态切削力系数的测量值,并进行了简要的讨论.
In this paper, a new method to identify the transfer function of a cutting process is proposed. By applying impulse response to the closed loop cutting system from which the cutting process could be decoupled one can measure the dynamic cutting force coefficient due to inner modulation. Means to raise the signal noise ratio have been studied. The error could be neglected when an exponential window function is applied to suppress the noise within the cutting force signal.Finally,various curves for illustrating the dynamic force coefficient measured versus cutting speed at different feeds are presented with brief discussion.
