摘要 目的 制作急性心肌梗塞模型 ,研究一系列相似条件下 ,心脏状态各参数的变化。方法 本文采取对狗的心肌注射福尔马林造成心肌坏死的实验方法 ,记录一系列心脏状态下的心电数据。研究心脏状态自身轻度或早期病变的局域参数以及心率变异性参数的变化 。结果 高频成分的数量在急性心肌损伤之后在数值上有一个动态变化过程。异常切迹的参数会随心脏的病变过程以及调控和恢复作用发生改变。高频成分具有一定的病理性定位价值 ,这也得到了实验的证实。对于心脏上的损伤 ,心率变异性的时域指标有着显著的改变 ,并且指标变化是相对开胸状况而言的。结论 作为局域参数用作诊断参考指标的是异常切迹 ,心率变异性对心脏损伤同样反映灵敏 ,可以作为一个心脏急性病变临床的诊断参考指标。 Objective To made an animal model of acute myocardial infarction and observe the changes of the heart parameters under a series of similar conditions. Method We injected formalin into the dogs' myocardium to make necrosis, then recorded the electrocardiogram of different states. Result The number of high frequency components has a dynamic change. It has a pathologic value. Responding to the damnification of the heart, the time-domain index of the heart rate variability changes significantly. Conclusion As a local domain index, the abnormal notches can be used as a reference index for diagnose. The heart rate variability can be used as a reference index for diagnose in clinic about the acute pathologic change of the heart.
