哮喘患儿血清ECP的测定及其临床意义

The assay and clinical value of ECP in the children of bronchial asthma.

目的 探讨嗜酸粒细胞阳离子蛋白 (ECP)在儿童支气管哮喘发病机制中的作用 ,并评价其反映哮喘气道炎症的临床价值。方法 收集25例哮喘急性发作患者、23例哮喘缓解期患者及17例正常人的外周血标本以PharmaciaCAP系统检测血清中ECP的含量 ,外周血Eos按常规法记绝对数。 结果 哮喘急性发作组血清中ECP水平明显高于缓解期组和正常组 ,ECP水平的升高程度与病情严重程度相关 ,且两者相互之间呈正相关性。而三组的Eos计数无显著性差异。结论 ECP是嗜酸粒细胞活化后脱颗粒释放的主要炎性介质 ,是反映支气管哮喘气道炎症发生发展的重要指标之一。因此 ,监测血清ECP的动态变化 ,可以较好地反映气道嗜酸粒细胞炎症的反应过程 ,具有重要的临床价值。

Objective To explore the roles of ECP in the pathogenesis of bronchial asthma and evaluate it's clinical value in diagnosis of asthma. Methods 65 blood samples were obtained.25 samples from asthmatic patients during acute attack, 23 from asthmatic patients in remission and 17 from normal subjects. The serum concentrations of ECP was determined with Pharmacia CAP system. Eosinophil counts were calculated for allthe blood samples. Results The serum level of ECP in the patients with acute asthma was much higher than that of patient in remission and normal subjects. The serum level of ECP were associated with the severity of symptom in asthmatic patients. And eosinophil counts showed no difference among three groups. Conclusion ECP is an important chemokine secreted by activated eosinophil cells. The serum level of ECP can be used to monitor the eosinopilic inflammatory process occurring in the airway, it is valuable in the diagnosis of bronchial asthma.
