四肢骨折合并主要动脉损伤的治疗分析

The experience of limb fractures with associated main arterial injury.

目的 总结四肢骨折合并主要动脉损伤的处理经验和教训。方法 对本院1993年7月～2000年9月所收治的68例四肢骨折合并主要动脉损伤的处理过程、结果进行回顾分析。结果 3例一期截肢 ,3例因感染坏死二期截肢 ,1例因无功能二期截肢。其余恢复均较满意 。结论 早期诊断及处理是关键。

Objective To summarize the experience of limb fractures with associated main arterial injury. Methods Retrospective studies were made on 68 casese of limb fractures accompanied with main arterial injury of 7 years(from July,1993 to Sept, 2000). Results primary amputation was performed on 3 cases and secondary amputation on 4 cases. Conclusion Early diagnosis and treatment is important.Indication of amputation should be strictly determined according to condition of patient.
