大学生大五人格与心理健康水平关系研究

A Study on Relationship between Big Five Personality and Mental Health Level

采用大五人格量表和大学生人格问卷(UPI)随机抽取302名合肥市本科大学生进行问卷调查,探讨大学生人格特征与心理健康的关系,结果显示:大学生人格问卷总分与外向性、宜人性、责任心呈负相关,与神经质呈正相关;外向性对心理健康存在反向预测作用,神经质对心理健康存在正向预测作用;在大学生人格问卷得分三个维度上,男生在第一类上显著高于女生;在宜人性的得分上,女生显著高于男生。可见,大学生人格特征与心理健康存在显著相关关系,外向性和神经质人格特征对心理健康水平有一定的预测作用。

Method:302college students from Hefei Normal University were selected randomly for the investigation by using Big Five Personality dimensions and university personality inventory to explore the relationship college student personality and mental health.Results:there was a negative correlation between the total scores of UPI and extroversion,agreeableness and responsibility,but positive correlation with neuroticism.Extroversion has reversed prediction effect on mental health while neuroticism positive prediction effect on mental health.On three-dimensional score of UPI,the boy students' score is obviously higher than that of the girl,nevertheless,girl students gained gained higher scores than boys did in terms of agreeableness.Therefore,there is a clear correlative relationship between college student personality and mental health,the personality of the extroverted and the neurotic has some prediction effect on mental health.
