摘要
英国20世纪90年代初职前教师教育改革原因在于教育界内外围绕教师专业性问题争论激烈以及政府对职前教师教育的关注;签约教师计划、特许证书计划和综合培养模式是改革的三项举措;注重教学实践训练以及强调高校与地方教育行政部门以及中小学合作是这次改革的特点。英国改革的启示有三点:其一,职前教师教育应当注重学生实践知识和能力的掌握,但千万不可忽视教育专业理论的学习;其二,职前教师教育不能忽略学科知识的学习;其三,高等学校在职前教师教育中的地位不可动摇。
The cause of the Reform of Initial Teacher Education in Britain in the early nineties of the 20 th Century is that there were radical debates concerning the profession of teachers and the focus of the government on the initial teacher education.The three major reforming projects are the Articled Teacher Scheme,Licensed Teacher Scheme and Models of Integration.There were two characteristics of these projects,one of which is to emphasize practical training,the other of which is to enhance the cooperation among the trainers.
