动植物检疫本科专业人才培养问题与对策

Problem and Strategy of the Talent Training for Major of Animals and Plants Quarantine

动植物检疫专业为我国近来开设的一门新兴本科专业。现有的动植物检疫本科专业人才培养方案存在专业知识体系体量过大、师资队伍人员组成结构不合理、专业核心课实践环节平台较弱和专业对口单位接纳毕业生能力有限等问题。建议提高专业核心课学时,改设动植物检疫专业为动物检疫专业和植物检疫专业,并加强合作办学,提高实践教学基础设施,全方位提升教师专业知识面,以达到促进动植物检疫专业本科人才培养的目标。

Quarantine of animals and plants is a new undergraduate major established recently in China,however,it has many problems in the process of talent training programs such as too much professional knowledge system,unreasonable composite structure of teaching staff,the weakness of practical teaching platform for professional core courses and the limited ability to accept graduates for the corresponding unit.We advise that class hours for professional core courses should be increased and the major of animals and plants quarantine might be replaced with the major of animals quarantine and the major of plants quarantine.Furthermore,cooperative education and infrastructure for practice teaching should be enhanced and the professional knowledge of the school teacher should be promoted comprehensively.All of the reform measures are aimed to improve the quality of talent training for the major of animals and plants quarantine.
