摘要
本文在理论研究和实验验证的基础上,给出了分离型超声波振动切削的动力学模型及其传递函数表达式,并对其切削稳定性进行了详尽的分析。本文从理论上论证了分离型超声波振动切削可以抑制切削颤振,其抑振效果由切削系数Ψ_u 唯一确定,这一结论与实验结果相吻合。
Based on the theory study and test verification,this paper presents the dynamicmodel and transfer function of STUVC,and deals with its cutting stability.It isproved by the proposed theory that STUVC is able to reduce the chatter effectivelyand the reducing effect is only determind by the cuting coefficicnt .These conclu-sions are verified by the test results.
