摘要
本文通过实验分析,揭示了振动时效前后材料微观组织的变化规律,研究了残余应力松驰与刚度变化间的相互关系,在此基础上,借助振动模态灵敏度分析,建立了一种评价振动时效效果的振动判据。
In this paper,the authors analyze the law of the material microstructuralvariation and discover a paraller relationship between residual stress relief and thevariation of stiffness during vibration aging.On the basis of this work,a vibration criterion of vibration aging is putforward by the method of modal sensitivity analysis.
