摘要
大型汽轮发电机组振动监测与故障诊断的多微机系统是在线运行机组的实时监测、数据管理、图谱分析、报表打印、自检报警、事故追忆和故障诊断的多功能系统。它是一种以一主计算机指挥多从属计算机的主从工作方式。应用该系统可大大提高电站设备运行的可靠性、安全性与自动化程度,预防重大事故发生,并可推广应用到风机、水轮机等旋转机械方面。
The multi-microcomputer system of vibration monitoring and fault diagnosis fora lage turbine set is a multl-functional system that preforms the tasks of real-timemonitoring,data management,spectrum analysis,tableprinting,selfchecking andalarming,trouble shooting and fault diagnosis,on line for a running turbine set.The multi-microcomputer system consists of a host microcomputer and severalslave microcomputers.These slave microcomputers are commanded by the hostmicrocompater.In this paper,the applications of the multi-microcomputer system to a 200MWturbine set are discussed in detail,and some practical examples of fault diagnosisare given.
