复合方式电压共振型逆变器的特性改善

摘要 提出一种复合方式的电压共振型逆变器 ,给出 7种电路拓扑 .分析运行中主开关存在着高电压应力的原因 ,采用减小扼流圈电感和共振回路特征阻抗的办法 ,减小主开关的电压应力 .为克服失真增大、功率因素降低及出现纹波的不足 ,在加入附加控制电路后 ,不但可以抑制主开关的电压应力 ,而且可以改善功率因数和失真系数 。 A composite pattern and vollage resonance type inverter is presented and seven kinds of circuit topologies are given. The authors analyse the reason why a high voltage stress exists in the main switch during operation; and decrease voltage stress of main switch by adopting the means of decreasing the inductance of choke coil and the characteristic impedance of resonant circuit; and overcome the increase of distortion and the decrease of power factor and the apperance of ripple wave by putting in additional control circuit. After putting in additional control circuit, not only valtage stress of main switch can be suppressed but also power factor and distortion coefficient can be improved. The good dynamic and static characteristic are thus obtained.
