摘要
分别以丙烯酸和丙烯酰胺为单体 ,通过接枝反应向 PVA纤维表面引入带有极性羧基基因或酰胺基团的支链 ,考察了 PVA接枝纤维对其增强水泥材料力学性能的影响。结果表明 ,与未接枝 PVA纤维相比 ,PVA接枝纤维增强水泥材料的极限弯曲强度明显增大 ,增幅可达 30 % ,而其弯曲模量、屈服弯曲强度和断裂韧性几乎没有变化 ;随着接枝率的增大 ,PVA接技纤维增强水泥材料的极限弯曲强度减小。
Two kinds of modified polyvinyl alcohol(PVA) fibers have been prepared respectively by electron beam radiation grafting of acrylic acid and acrylamide.The modified PVA fibers were used to improve the mechanical performances of the PVA fiber reinforced cement materials.The results indicate that the rupture modulus of the fiber reinforced cement materials could be increased at lower grafting degree and decreased at higher grafting degree.Furthermore,the elastic modulus limitation of proportionality and rupture toughness of the grafted fiber reinforced cement materials were nearly independent of the grafting chains at lower grafting degree.
