Synthesis of Benzylethylenediamine and Its Salts

摘要 主要研究了以乙二胺和氯化苄为原料合成苄基乙二胺的工艺条件 :在反应初期直接加入固体氢氧化钠中和反应生成的氯化氢 ;原料量比 n(乙二胺 )∶ n(氯化苄 ) =1 .8~ 2 .1∶ 1 .0 ;反应料液经固液分离后直接进行常、减压蒸馏 ,避免因使用大量的溶剂萃取而带来的工艺繁杂、污染大的问题 ,过量的乙二胺可以循环使用 ,苄基乙二胺的收率 75.2 % (以氯化苄计 ) ;苄基乙二胺在乙醇溶剂中与冰醋酸和盐酸反应制得高纯度的盐。 Technological conditions of synthesis of ethylenediamine and benzyl chloride are discussed.The process has the characteristics of lower molar ratio n (ethylenediamine)∶n (benzyl chloride)=1.8~2.1∶1.0,rectification of the reacting stuff directly.The technology is simple and convenient and the(75.2%,according to benzyl chloride is high).Pure benzylethylenediamine salts are prepared in alcohol solvent.
