摘要
研究了石膏、冷却制度及外加剂等因素对新型贝利特水泥性能的影响。结果发现 :不掺石膏时 ,水泥强度较低 ,掺量适宜时 ,强度提高一倍 ,凝结时间也有所延缓 ;慢冷熟料的凝结较慢 ,可以达到通用水泥的要求 ,且早期强度低 ,但后期强度能提高 5% -7%左右 ;四硼酸钠、柠檬酸、水杨酸等外加剂可以明显延长水泥凝结时间 ,且对强度和化学结合水量也有积极影响 ,其最佳质量掺量分别为 :w(柠檬酸 ) 0 .0 9% ,w(四硼酸钠 ) 0 .2 %~ 0 .3% ,w(水杨酸 ) 0 .0 3%~ 0 .0 6 %。
The effects of gypsum,cooling method and additives on the performance of the new belite cement are studied.The cement's strength is improved by 100% and the adding of the suitable amount of gypsum prolongs its setting time.The setting time of the slow cooling clinker is long enough to meet the needs of the general cement,and its early strength is lower but its final strength can be improved by 5%~7%.The additives such as sodium tetra borate,citric acid and salicylic acid can prolong the cement setting time and positively influence the cement strength and the chemical combined water amount.The best adding amounts are 0.2%~0.3% for sodium tetraborate,0.09% for citric acid and 0.03%~0.06% for salicylic acid.
