摘要
生态旅游是我国 2 1世纪旅游业的主导形式 .导游在生态旅游健康发展中有着非常重要的作用 .生态旅游的新特点 ,对导游提出了新要求 .我国目前导游队伍整体水平和现行的导游管理体制已不适应生态旅游发展的需要 .为了与世界接轨 ,为了我国生态旅游在竞争激烈的世界旅游市场中立于不败之地 ,必须加强我国导游员的培训 。
Eco-tourism is the main form of tourism in our country in 21th century.Guide takes an important action in tourism development.New request was necessary for Guide to adapt new feature of eco-tourism.Level of guide p rocession and managed system in our country are not suit to eco-tourism development.It is necessary to teach guide and full managed system so that eco-tourism in our countr y remains invincible position in dog-eat-dog tourism market.
