摘要
文章以收益还原为基础 ,以乡镇小区域的农用地为研究对象 ,以土地纯收益和土地还原利率的科学取得为重点 。
Using the method of income discount,this paper analyses two important problems of the land pure income and land discount rate and explores the course of the farm land appraise price in township.
