激光频率调制光谱法测量甲烷的吸收光谱

摘要 采用激光频率调制吸收光谱技术 ,实现了国内首次用连续可调谐单膜半导体铅盐激光器测量出泥浆气中 (经过简单物理处理 )的 CH4 在 332 5nm附近的吸收光谱 ,其高分辨率谱线的测量对实际问题的应用有着重要的意义 . By adopting the technology of tunable frequency modulated laser absorption spectrum, we accomplished firstly to measure CH 4 absorption spectrum near 3325 nm in the mud gas (simple physical treated) using tunable diode lead salt laser in China,in which the measurement of highly resolving power has great significance in the practical use.
