摘要
通过对变磨削用量法抑制颤振的机理分析,讨论了该方法抑制磨削颤振最佳效果的动态和静态条件,提出了满足此条件的磨削新方法——有限随机进给法.初步实验结果表明,该方法具有明显抑制颤振的功能,有着进一步研究和实用化的前景.
In this paper, the mechanism of effectively suppressing the chatter is proposed via analysing the characteristics of chatter suppression in grinding process under variable grinding conditions. Then the dynamic and static conditions with the best results of suppressing chatter are discussed and a new grinding method--Limited Random Feed Method which satisfies the two conditions is presented. Experimental results show that better effects of chatter suppression can be got and it is possible to apply in practice.
