生长调节剂对大叶白蜡幼苗生长的影响

Studies on the Effect of Fraxinus americana L. Seedling's Responsibility to Growth Regulation Dosage

对一年生大叶白蜡实生苗用 3种不同浓度的赤霉素 (GA3 )、ABT生根粉 7号 (ABT7)、萘乙酸 (NAA)进行处理。结果表明 ,3种生长调节剂均对大叶白蜡幼苗生长有明显的促进作用。处理后的苗木增高 ,生长加快 ,茎干增粗 ,叶片增大 ,抗性增强。其中以 5 0mg/L的GA3 作用最为显著。

In this paper,three different concentrations of GA 3, ABT 7 and NAA are used to affect Fraxinus americana L. one year old seedling growth. The result shows, three growth regulation dosage all have obviously accelerative effect on the seedling growth such as its height,growth rate,leaf area and the resistant ability against unfavorable conditions.Of the three growth regulation dosages, GA 3 with 50 mg/L concentration has the most remarkable effect on the growth.
