柴油发动机功率和燃油消耗量相关关系的试验研究

Experimental Studies on the Correlation Relationship among Power and Diesl Consumption

以 4 12 5A4柴油机为研究对象 ,利用SAS(统计分析系统 )软件包 ,运用多项式回归的方法 ,寻求柴油机功率与最高空转转速及额定转速下耗油量之间的内在定量关系 ,以期为柴油机的无载测功提供一种新方法。建立的模型其误差可以控制在 3%以内。

The test has been conducted on a model 4125A\-4 diesel engine power and diesel consumption of the max power output speed & the max permitted speed by using the statistical analysis software(SAS) to find out the correlation relationship between power and diesel consumption of the max power output speed & the max permitted speed . The non loading dynamometer test method and the regression model was given by the paper .The regression model given by the paper can be applied in practice ,and the error is within 3%.
