摘要
构建了无抗性选择标记植酸酶基因的转化片段DNAphyAⅡ 。两侧设置了高等植物基因组DNA保守序列CAATbox,TATAbox和polyA的DNA片段 (DNAphyAⅡ ,5’ CAATbox TATAbox CaMV3 5S phyAⅡ GUS Nos Tem polyA 3’) ,为提高转化率奠定了分子基础 ,此外DNAphyAⅡ 中植酸酶蛋白编码基因phyAⅡ前后的启动子和终止子序列 。
In this work, the transformed system of phytase gene without resistance label is constructed. The conserved sequence of advance plant genome DNA, CAATbox, TATAbox, and polyA, are built in both end of phyAⅡ, which is the molecular base of the higher rate of the transformation . In addition , Both promoter and terminator in phyAⅡ of DNA phyAⅡ make phyAⅡ expressed exactly.
