食管静脉曲张内镜分级标准与出血的关系

The endoscopic grading of esophageal varicosis and hemorrhage

目的 :明确食管静脉曲张分级与破裂出血的关系 ,以指导选择内镜治疗时机。方法 :分析 1 984年 1 0月～ 2 0 0 1年 1 2月内镜诊断食管静脉曲张 4 68例 ,按曲张静脉的形态、有无红色征分轻、中、重度分组记录。结果 :重度近期出血发生率高达 92 .3% ,轻度出血发生率仅为 1 .8% ;未出血者轻度占 5 5 .5 % ,重度占 1 9.4 %。结论 :按新轻、中、重度分类标准可预测近期食管静脉曲张破裂出血的可能性。

Objective:To investigate the relationship between the endoscopic grading of esophageal varicosis and hemorrhage.Methods:468 cases(1984.10 2001.12)with esophageal varicosis were analyzed and grouped into mild,moderate and severe according to the form of esophageal varicosis and red color sign.Results:The rate of hemorrhage in severe group was 92.8%,and that in the mild group was 1.8%.Among the non hemorrhage cases,the mild accounts for 55.5%,and the severe accounts for 19.6%.Conclusion:According to the new grading criteria,the possibility of hemorrhage in esophageal varicosis could be forecast.
