微生物与植物协同去除生活污水中总氮、总磷、COD的效果研究 被引量:4

摘要 试验设3个污水处理组,第Ⅰ组为微生物处理组、第Ⅱ组为植物处理组、第Ⅲ组为植物微生物协同处理组,分别在处理4、8、12、16 d时取样测量样品中总氮(TN)、总磷(TP)、化学需氧量(COD)浓度;采用SPSS进行数据处理。结果显示,3个处理组都使污水中TN、TP、COD浓度显著降低,表明3种处理方法都具有很好的污水处理效果。其中第Ⅲ组处理效果最好,处理16 d,使污水中TN浓度从21.5607mg/L降低到5.2704mg/L,TP浓度从6.1695mg/L降低到0.8279mg/L,COD浓度从215.3mg/L降低到52.8mg/L。 Three sewage treatment groups were set as microorganism group (Ⅰ) , plant group (Ⅱ) and plant synergistic with microorganism group (Ⅲ) .The concentrations of total nitrogen ( TN) , total phosphorus (TP) and chemical oxygen demand ( COD) were detected on the 4th, 8th, 12th and 16th day after treat-ments .The data were treated by SPSS .The results showed that the three treatment groups all reduced the con-centrations of TN , TP and COD significantly , which indicated that they all had good effects on treating sew-age .The group of plant synergistic with microorganism had the best effect .It could decrease the concentration of TN from 21.5607 mg/L to 5.2704 mg/L, TP from 6.1695 mg/L to 0.8279 mg/L and COD from 215.3 mg/L to 52.8 mg/L.
