摘要 对天津武清区杨树锈病病原菌进行形态学和分子技术鉴定。结果表明,该菌为落叶松杨栅锈菌(Melampsora larici-populina),其夏孢子黄色,长椭圆形或矩圆形,大小(29.0~44.0)μm×(11.8~24.8)μm,平均大小35.2μm×18.4μm(n=50);基部刺细密较大,顶部刺稀疏较小;夏孢子萌发可生成多个芽管;r DNA-ITS序列长度为663 bp。 By the methods of morphology and molecule , the poplar rust pathogen in Wuqing district of Tianjin was classified as Melampsora larici -populina.The uredospores were yellow and oblong or rounded rectangle,the size was (29.0~44.0)μm ×(11.8~24.8)μm,mean size was 35.2 um ×18.4 μm(n=50). The thorn on the bottom of the uredospore was bigger and dense ,while on the top was smaller and sparse .The u-redospore could germinate several tubes;the rDNA-ITS sequence of Melampsora larici-populina was 663bp.
