摘要
苹果价格形成机制是影响和约束苹果价格各种力量的综合。本研究以山西省苹果价格为对象,构建果农自我完善、零售批发商自我行为约束、消费市场信息披露等相关机制,并将其具体内容进行运行。
Apple pricing mechanism is the synthesis of various factors which affecting and restraining ap-ple price.In this paper, based on the apple price in Shanxi Province , the self -perfection mechanism for growers, self-constraint mechanism for retailers and wholesalers , and information feedback and disclosure mechanism for consumer market were built and the concrete contents were run .
