摘要
目的 对Nd∶YAG激光照射致兔面神经损伤模型提供客观量化的病理学资料。方法 对 2 0只新西兰大白兔面神经行不同能量密度的Nd∶YAG激光照射 ,并对受损面神经进行计量病理学测定。结果 当激光能量密度 <70J/cm2 时 ,面神经轴突横截面积比、轴突直径与对照侧比较差异无显著意义 ,而激光能量密度为14 0J/cm2 时 ,术后 3周上述指标与对照侧比较差异有显著意义 ,6周后差异无显著意义。结论 受损兔面神经的轴突横截面积比、轴突平均直径能有效反映面神经受损的程度 。
Objective To investigate quantitative pathologic change of facial nerve after Nd∶YAG laser irradiation. Methods Facial nerves in 20 rabbits after Nd∶YAG laser irradiation were studied with quantitative pathology. Results When laser energy density lower than 70 J/cm 2, there is no statistically significant difference between the control and the studied groups on below aspects: the ratio of intrafascicular axon area, the mean diameter of axon. With laser energy density 140 J/cm 2 irradiation, there were moderate nerve degeneration and statistically significant difference three weeks after irradiation. The facial nerve was regenerated gradually after six weeks. Conclusion The above parameter could reflect the morphologic changes of facial nerve. The more laser energy density, the more facial nerve injury.
