δ-ALA-PDT in Treatment in BXSB Lupus-prone Mice: An Experimental Study

摘要 目的 探讨δ 氨基酮戊酸光动力疗法 (δ ALA PDT)治疗BXSB小鼠的疗效。方法 将 3月龄BXSB小鼠 32只随机分成 4组 ,分别给予生理盐水 (NS)、δ 氨基酮戊酸 (δ ALA)腹腔内注射、单纯照光 (SPT)、δ ALA PDT治疗 ,测定其 2 4h尿蛋白的含量、血清抗核抗体的滴度 ,及其肾脏免疫复合物的沉积情况。结果 δ ALA PDT组小鼠的各项指标均低于其他 3组。结论 δ ALA PDT可减缓BXSB小鼠疾病的进展。 Objective To investigate the effect of δ aminolevulinic acid photodynamic therapy (δ ALA PDT) on BXSB lupus prone mice. Methods Thirty two male BXSB lupus prone mice at the age of 3 months were divided into 4 groups, treated with NS,δ ALA, SPT,δ ALA PDT respectively. Twenty four hour urine protein, titer of serum anti nuclear antibodies, and the deposition of immune complex in renal glomeruli in BXSB mice were detected quantitatively after treatment. Results Among the four groups, it is found that the 24 hour urine protein, titer of serum anti nuclear antibodies, and the deposition of immune complex in renal glomeruli in δ ALA PDT group were markedly lower than others. Conclusions δ ALA PDT could put off the disease progression in BXSB.
