摘要 本文研究了铁粉低氢焊条E5018药皮中关键成分铁粉、大理石、萤石等对焊接工艺性能的影响,初步探讨了合金Mn、Si含量对熔敷金属韧性的影响。研究表明,该焊条具有优良的焊接工艺性能,电弧稳定,飞溅少,具有高的熔敷效率,发尘量低,熔敷金属扩散氢含量低,脱渣容易,适于交、直流焊接及全位置焊接。其综合机械及工艺性能均达到或优于国标GB5117—85,并超过了国际市场上销售的同类产品,达到国际先进水平。 In this article, the influences of iron powder, marble and fluorite etc. Critical composition in coating of E5018 electrode on the fabrication weldability of electrode are described. The effects of silicon, manganese content on the impact toughness of deposited metal are preliminarily investigated. The research results indicate that this electrode possesses excellent technical performance: stable arc, little spatter, high deposition efficiency, low fume, little diffused hydrogen in deposited metal, releasing slag easily. This electrode can be applied to A.C/D.C. welding (all position welding is involved). Its synthetical mechanical and technical performance reaches or exceeds the Chinese national standard GB5117-85 and surpasses the same type of electrode which sells in international markets. The properties of the E5018 electrode come up to world advanced' level.
