The Effect of Different Factor Settings on Mechanical Strength of Co-Cr Alloy Welded by Laser

摘要 目的 研究在不同参数设置下激光焊接对钴铬合金焊接强度的影响。方法 用 3种电压、2种脉冲持续时间对应Nd∶YAG激光不同的脉冲能量、峰值功率和功率密度 ,对钴铬合金标准试件进行焊接 ,并测量其机械强度。结果 焊接试件抗拉强度及屈服强度与电压及脉冲持续时间呈正变关系 ,在电压为 32 0V、脉冲持续时间为 12ms时 ,其抗拉强度为 818± 7MPa,屈服强度为 72 9± 6 0MPa ,与母材相比差异无显著意义。结论 Nd∶YAG激光对钴铬合金具有良好的焊接作用 。 Objective To study the effect of different factor settings on the strength of Co Cr alloy welded by laser. Methods Standard samples were welded by laser in three kinds of voltage and for two kinds pulse duration (corresponding to different pulse energy, peak value power and power density). Results The tensile strength and the yield strength of sample are in positive ratio with voltage and pulse duration. After welded in 320 V and for 12 ms, the tensile strength and the yield strength of Co Cr alloy were 788 2±72 6 MPa and 698 6±60 2 MPa, respectively, which were no significant difference with that of original material. Conclusions Nd∶YAG laser welding of Co Cr alloy could get a good result and higher strength could be reached through selecting appropriate factors.
