多波长多功能激光系统治疗皮肤色素损害临床分析 被引量:3

摘要 目的 观察并比较多波长多功能激光系统治疗不同皮肤色素损害的临床疗效。方法 皮肤色素损害患者 32 6例 ,其中太田痣 10 1例、咖啡斑 2 3例、雀斑 8例、色素痣 15例、毛痣 31例、文身 75例、文眉 (文眼线 ) 73例。应用多波长多功能激光系统 ,针对不同病变类型 ,采用不同波长和工作参数进行激光褪色治疗。结果 经过 1~ 8次治疗 ,不同皮肤色素损害的有效率分别为 :太田痣 82 2 %、咖啡斑 6 0 9%、雀斑 6 2 5 %、色素痣 6 6 7%、毛痣74 2 %、文身 96 0 %、文眉 (文眼线 ) 91 8%。所有病例在治疗后均未遗留瘢痕。结论 应用多波长多功能激光系统治疗皮肤色素损害对文身、文眉 (文眼线 )的褪色效果最好 ,对太田痣 ,雀斑的褪色效果较好。 Objective To study the therapeutic effects of multiple wavelength and multiple function laser system in treatment of cutaneous pigmentary lesions. Methods Three hundred and twenty six patients were treated with the laser system. The cutaneous pigmentary lesions including: 101 cases of nevus of Ota, 23 cases of cafe au lait spot, 8 cases of freckles, 15 cases of pigmented nevus, 31 cases of Becker's nevus, 75 cases of tattoos, 73 cases of artificial eyebrow and artificial eyelid line. Results After 1-8 times laser system therapy the effective rate was as follows: nevus of Ota 82 2%, cafe au lait spot 60 9%, freckles 62 5%, pigmented nevus 66 7%, Becker's nevus 74 2%, tattoos 96 0%, artificial eyebrow and artificial eyelid line 91 8%, respectively. No scar formation was observed in all patients treated. Conclusion The using of multiple wavelength and multiple function laser system in treatment of tattoos, artificial eyebrow, artificial eyelid line showed the best therapeutic efficacy and the next were nevus of ota and freckles.
