“U”形棒椎弓根钉治疗腰椎滑脱症

Treatment of Spondylolisthesis with "U" Rod Pedicle Screw

目的 :探讨“U”形棒椎弓根钉治疗腰椎滑脱症的疗效。方法 :结合椎弓根钉三柱固定与Luque棒节段固定原理设计“U”形棒椎弓根钉 ,治疗腰椎滑脱症 45例 ,其中男 2 8例 ,女 17例 ,平均年龄 42岁。结果 :平均随访 18个月。结果优 2 8例 ,良 12例 ,中 5例 ,优良率 88.8%。术后滑脱复位率 ,65 %～ 10 0 % ,平均 87.2 %。骨性融合时间 4～ 8个月 ,平均 5 .1月。结论 :“U”形棒椎弓根钉 ,是具有较好复位与固定作用 ,且操作比较简单的治疗腰椎滑脱症的方法之一。

Objective: To discuss the clinical results of'U' rod pedicle screw for treatment lumbar spondylolisthesis.Methods:Combining the mechanism of pedicle screw three column and Luques rod segmentation fixation designed 'U' rod pedicle screw for treatment of 45 cases of lumbar spondylolisthesis.Results:45 were followed up for an average of 18 months.Excellent clinical results achieved in 28 cases,good in 12,fair in 5,with the excellent and good being 88.8%.the reduction rate was 65～100% averaged 87.2%.Conclusion:'U' Rod Pedicle Screw is one of the method for lumbar spondylolisthesis that was satisfactory reduction,secure fixation and less surgical trauma.
