The theory of “Three Representations' put forward by Comrade Jiang Ze min is the basis for the administration of the Chinese Communist Party and the source of forces. To fulfill the requirement of “Three Representations' in colleges and universities, we should constantly strength the leadership of the Party, have an effective leading group, give full play to the exemplary role of the leading comrade, deepen the construction of Party conduct and prevent corruption, and establish correct concept for making proper use of personnel.
