Reasons Affecting Communication in Medicine Between China and Abroad

中医药学术几千年的对外交往中 ,以输出为主 ,引进吸收较少 ,对形成这种情况的原因作了分析。认为有 3个主要原因 :①自我完善的医学体系 ,形成了其体系的稳固性、排他性 ;②自我封闭的思想观念 ,形成了对外邦文化的藐视与排斥 ;③文化势差的副作用 。

In communicating with the outside world, the science of traditional Chinese medicine has mainly focused on the output rather than the input of knowledge. The author makes an analysis of the reasons for this as follows: ①a self-improved medical system determines its stability and exclusiveness; ②a self-closed ideological system determines the contempt and rejection of foreign culture; and ③the side effect of the potential difference in culture determines the main trend of knowledge output.
