中医高等人才培养面临问题及其对策的思考

Problems in Cultivation of Advanced TCM Professionals and Countermeasures

在探讨目前中医高等人才培养方面存在问题的基础上 ,分析了时代对高等中医人才的要求 ,提出了中医高等人才的中医基础必须扎实、中医专业课教师的素质亟待提高、中医教学的实践环节应大力加强等意见 ,并提出了应采取的一些相应措施。认为讨论和解决这一问题 ,关系到今后高等中医教育的发展方向和办学思路 ,也可以说关系到中医教育 。

Based on an analysis on the problems in the cultivation of advanced TCM professionals, the author puts forward the view that the advanced TCM professionals should have a solid foundation of basic TCM knowledge, the quality of teachers for TCM professional courses should be further improved and the clinical practice in TCM teaching should be enhanced. Some measures are also put forward. It is the author's view that the discussion and solution of these problems concerns the development of TCM high education, and TCM education and the future of TCM cause as well.
