3—甲基戊酸的合成研究

STUDY ON THE SYNTHESIS OF 3—METHYL PENTANOIC ACID

由丙二酸酯和2—溴丁烷通过仲丁基丙二酸酯合成了3—甲基戊酸,并研究了影响3—甲基戊酸产率的因素,还对其光谱性质进行了测定。并对实验结果进行了讨论。

3—methyl pentanoie acid was synthesized from malonic ester and 2—bromobutane through intermediate sec—butylmatlonie ester.Factors which influenced the yeld of 3—methyl pentanoic acid were studied.The structure of 3—methyl pentanoic acid was identified by IR and ~1H NMR.
